Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in a convenient area of South Beach, allowing easy access to various attractions. The rooms are nice but slightly tight, and the service at the reception desk was unpleasant. Although the location is great for exploring South Beach, there have been changes in the area over time. The dining options were not exceptional, and the overall client service could be improved.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room, though small, was clean and packed with amenities, overlooking Collins Ave. However, it lacked the pristine cleanliness I expected. The service was top-notch overall, with a friendly and accommodating staff, although some were not as professional as I hoped. The location was superb, just a block away from Lincoln Rd and the beach, but the absence of a bathroom door was a letdown. The dining was a hit-or-miss with a messy setup and mediocre food.
The hotel is located on Ocean Drive, perfect for beach lovers with convenient access to various restaurants and sights. The rooms are suitable for solo travelers, but families may find them a bit small. Drinks at the pool can be pricey, and noise from the nearby bar can be disruptive late at night.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The rooms were a bit expensive, and the pool wasn't deep enough for kids, but the hotel had a wonderful concierge, Samantha, who helped us with our cruise travel plans in the morning.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were very comfortable and well-equipped, although slightly on the small side. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of Cava to celebrate our birthdays along with a lovely note from Edgar the Concierge. The service was impeccable, with some initial hiccups during check-in quickly resolved by the helpful staff. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway and allowed us to easily reach all the places we wanted to visit. The dining experience was satisfactory overall, with a good variety of options.
The hotel offered me a discount for my stay and waived the resort fee and dinner at Dolce, which was a nice touch. However, the rooms were small and lacked privacy in the shower area. The inconvenience of not getting the room I had booked upon arrival was a downside, especially after a long journey.
